What kind of ridiculous logic are mustang fans using when they try to compare a gt500kr to a camaro ss. Don't that mustang cost about 80k!!!!!!!!! which means a 45-49k price difference!!!!! Thats retarded.

Don't even mention the GT500KR on this Forum.
GT500KR = THE MOST OVERPRICED MUSTANG EVER. I'll spend 73k on a Corvette ZO6 which will whoop its ass silly. Not to mention a base Corvette would run with it and buy myself another car for what it would cost for a GT500KR. The only good thing about the GT500KR is that it'll probably be a collector's car down the road....

however, because we are humans and not computers, blessed with the ability to see the value behind the Camaro vs. GT500, you'd be a fool to argue its the better buy. |

Wow I'm impressed with it! The fit, finish, overal look and quality of this car are far above my expectations. I'd still get a Camaro as I'm a GM loyalist and work for one of their suppliers, but I will give this car props. I look forward to cruising with 'em.

Just watched it, my bro has an 05, and i love mustangs too, my dad is all for the challeneger and im all for the Camaro, but front end of that car is definitly gorgous, the back is growing onto me and the interior does look great. I cant wait for March, hopefully my order will come out at the same time so i can smoke the v6. All they had to do was beef up the engine just a bit. The v6 already gets 6.6, they shouldve tuned that engine to 250, they would be on par with us, and for the GT, i think that would run 5.4, or 5.3, im not sure how much weight has been added or removed could even get 5.2, but the car does have some neat features. I just realized how bad the challengers all are. SE 8.1s, RT 5.9s, SRT8 4.9s, thats sad considering the price for the SRT8. The Camaro is the real winner all round, lets hope the pricing of the new stang is close to ours so that we can kill them in coupe sales. However we all know the refresh will do well.

That is why the new Mustang has been redesigned, they knew the interior was too plasticy...

The ONE cool thing that mustang did was retain the paint on the inside of the engine bay like this ...

I'm really tired of Mustang threads. First they're all over the streets everywhere I effin look, now they've covered my favorite CAMARO website. Sheesh.
