Nice, and congrats! That black looks really good, hopefully you can keep it that way.

Before you cancel the warranty, I'd make sure to read all the fine print. I have an extended warranty on my DD ('13 WRX) that I wanted to cancel (got that mod itch ). I went to the dealership to do so last summer, and they basically told me that the bank granted me the loan based on the warranty being built in to my monthly payment. If I cancelled the warranty, I would have had to refinance everything and get approved for another loan all over again. I doubt that would have been a problem, since the new loan would have been less, but I didn't want to go through the hassle of having to do all that again because my warranty is more than halfway over anyway. Again, I have no idea what the legitimacy of this is, or if they were just blowing smoke out of their ass so I didn't cancel, but that's just what I was told from my Subaru dealer. Different companies, cars, and warranties, I know, but just an FYI. Know every word of every piece of fine print before you do anything.

Hope you enjoy your new Camaro!

steelcamaro, I was told the same story, however from everyone on this post earlier stated that its a bunch of BS the dealership feeds you because they make commission ive canceled a warranty before and the amount was applied directly to the loan on the refund however monthly payments stay the same as expected. so ill talk with the dealership and tell them to cancel the warranty . yea I have a bunch of adams car care stuff that I used on my vette a few years ago so hopefully I can keep this paint looking clean.

Exactly, the monthly will remain the same and it will applied to the principal. They don't want their commission to be charged back so they gave you a story of how it would be a hassle blah blah, blah,
