Thanks Mike, for sharing your sad story with Scott. And Scott, thanks for sharing with us. It is a sad story and it had to be gut wrenching for Mike to strap his son into that car for that springtime wake up ride. I'm happy to see that Mike is keeping his Camaro. I'm sure Dawson smiles every time his father starts it up.

Wow. This story really did bring tears from my eyes and I told myself I wasn't going to cry. Amazing story and this goes to show that this is more than just a car but its a piece of everyones life. Thanks for sharing this story.

Thanks for sharing this story. I can't imagine what that must be like. As a 23 year old, I still have a similar relationship with my dad. Needless to say, I shouldn't have read this in the middle of my class.. I'm praying for you and your son Mike.

This makes me tear up because my dad just passed 2 weeks ago and his last gift to me was his GM employee discount to purchase my camaro. He was looking forward to taking a ride in it but he passed before it arrived.
