Id hit them up as the last of the bolt ons.

Def go CAI/Headers/Exhaust/ Intake Manifold first. You can swap pullies and not need a tune because nothing really changes.

...just keep in mind that ALL of your accessories (Water pump, alternator, air conditioner, power steering) will be turning SLOWER, using less power, which is where the increase comes from.

Already have ARH headers and exhaust and a tune waiting on Varraram CAI.I was concerned about turning the A/C and Alt. slower. All the driving is in town.

It will be fine, unless you bought some aftermarket stereo amps and subs and went crazy.

Question: I'm hearing the stock air intake is already pretty good. Why would you put that among the first things to do, rather than one of the last?

Because its not very good. The baffles are huge restrictions alone. When every vendor is claiming about 20hp off all the styles, it tells you the stock version is not good. BTW I looked at my car and the crank pulley looks like it will be a pita to pull off and install....especially compared to a CAI.

So if i install an aftermarket underdrive pulley, it will take power away from alt, ac, power steering??? I dont get it.

sort of. when you put an underdrive pulley on the crank, you need to put an overdrive pulley on the alt at the very least to ensure that you are keeping it spinning properly to power the battery.

I'll probably do it with a cam change, does anyone have dyno results for a pulley swap?

I've got 25% pulleys and I don't notice any difference in the performance of the AC...and I live in Florida.

As far as the performance increase...I can't speak to it individually as all my current upgrades were done at the same time.
