Sorry to hear about your experience OP & I would definitely be requesting my money back. I have ordered several items from them for both my Corvette & Camaro & been very satisfied with the quality of the products & timeliness of shipping/delivery (items have arrived on time or early).

That is my next step. I wanted to give them every opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately it doesn't look like they will do that.

When I had my c5 and c6 corvettes there was a LOT of issues on the Corvette Forums with RPI.Most of it negative. I hope things work out for you...

They offer a service and if they can't provide, it shouldn't cost you a penny. I won't be buying from them unless they come on this thread and make things right.

Thank you for your support. I will make it even easier for them as I know they read these posts. If they refund the money and make it right I will donate the $259.00 to charity. Ill let people on this forum pick the charity and donate it in the name of Camaro's

Nice, I hope they step up. The CS game is everything for car nuts that spend a lot of money for these products.

I ordered my painted zl1 sideskirts from them and the paint started to chip away on the driver side one after a month

I just wanted to give some credit where credit is due, especially after this thread: I ordered a custom painted heritage grill from rpi designs, and around 26 days after my order was placed, I got an email saying it was being shipped. It arrived on Saturday in perfect condition and looks fantastic. The paint is a perfect match

I have ordered around 10 items from them and have not had an issue besides a little slow on shipping. The only painted item I ordered was my razzi rear diffuser and it looked great 3 years ago and still looks great today although the car is a garage queen.
