I had a B&M with a stainless steel ball on it in a cavalier I was messing with back in the day. I live in Texas and that stainless steel ball would heat up to around 749 degree F. I soon learned that if you take an Oakley bag and place it over the shifter when you are out of the car...it works wonders Is this hurst going to have a stainless steel ball??

And availability? I'm kinda glad the whole hurst problem came up i would rather have this one and have nearly 50% less travel than 20 or whatever the other one was suppose to be. I still think its kinda weird to offer two hurst options, one at factory with slight upgrade and one comepletely aftermarket with more of an upgrade. Why not offer best option and be done with it. i say the less travel the better.

that means that the mirror is 38.75% the size of the vertical windshield...
it sure seems like the ratio could be better... just sayin....

Is it possible to keep the stock knob witht his shifter to keep stock look? I did it with my mustang, it looks completely stock but its a short throw.

I really want to keep the stock look I hate how the white ball looks as well as the leather not covering the whole thing.

I kinda agree, but I know my IROCZ I had the leather wore off of the ball, and it left just a black ball, which wasn't bad, just don't want to wear the leather off of this one.
