GM really put everything into this Z/28 that people have asked for and then some. They chose to make this a track first all performance Z/28. And in reality for it to happen in the 5th Gen it's what they had to do. We all knew the weight of the car wasn't going to move much but they addressed that with some lighter parts and wheels. We all asked for the LS7 as they best fit for such a car. Not only did they do it but didn't water it down with less costly internal components. But they also went further with carbon ceramic brakes and Recaro seats and wide track tires all around. That's without the restyle for 2014. This is the Z/28 everyone has asked for. But with that and has been discussed it won't be cheap. Nor should it be for what the buyer gets. GM chose to make this Z/28 the right way and it will be exclusive.
