It is cut nice, looks like a factory install should. It only extends under the hood a quarter inch or so. I took a pic last night, but it didn't turn out good. I will try again today. Sunny here, but COLD.

Its folded over for better protection against peal. Looks alright.
By the way, did u get wheel locks? I posted a thread under wheels and tires on the gm locks they are putting on my car when it comes in. Curious what you got.

Congratulations on the new ride! Keep the pics coming. Video would be awesome! I have one just like yours on order. TPW 11/12! What are you planning on doing to her?

Going to do a cam and CAI plus high temp brake fluid (probably the most important change). Then run a season at the track that way and see if I feel the need for more speed or not. I may take up autocross again. My stock 2010 just wasn't fun for that... the courses around here are short and it just wasn't agile enough. This car is different and I am going to give it a shot. I had a 2007 Cobalt that was a way better autocross car than the 2010 Camaro. If this car can compete on the stock tires, that would be a plus, because hauling another set all the time is a pain.

Is the underside of the hood painted?

Yes it is painted body color, the while hood is. It is wrapped after paint hence why many members are thinking of taking hoodwrap off.
