So from a pure performance standpoint, you are describing an L99 with a track pack. Am I interpretting your thoughts correctly?

And the Copo car..........are you saying a Supercharged 6.2L wouldn't work for you? Not that 7.0 wouldn't be better. But just using linear progression (which is dangerous) a Supercharged 427 would result in darn near 700 HP is you started with the LS9.

Do you view the Copo car as a drag car then and the Z28 as the track car?
I understand what you are saying, my idea makes no real sense to do but would be cool to have back the same size engines as the first gen.

Of course, by default it exists as far as we're concerned, right Box?
We'll need a definitive denial to stop believing...which he can't give, either. Ha!

true but he didn't respond when people called him out on it in that thread. lol. which gives more credence to the fact he might have slipped. and we are all allowed to mess up. we are human. but yea I'll let it drop because even if he really didn't the point of his post is clear. if the kid's dad did drive the Z then he's in trouble. if he didn't because it doesn't "exist" then the kid is a liar and just wants to be cool.

Considering the kid's claim that the Nova and Chevelle live...I'd bet this is closer to reality.

all this talk about the Z is killing me. I want the car really really bad but at the same time I don't want other things to suffer for it.
