About me: I graduated from tech school in 1987 with an Associate's degree and began my career as a professional Ford/Lincoln/Mercury automotive technician. I became a Ford Senior Master Technician and have retained my ASE Master certification throughout my career changes. After repairing vehicles and running a side business of modding 5.0L Mustangs for 12 years, I moved into dealership service and parts management. Today I run the wholesale, shipping and warranty divisions for a large automotive transmission remanufacturing company here in Omaha, NE. I am divorced and the parent of a wonderful 13 y/o son.

About my car: 2012 2SS/RS Transformers edition. I bought it new out of dealer stock, and it had 125 miles on the clock. Took her home 4/6/2012. Today I'm at 1400 miles.

04/21/2012 - Windows tinted 20% all around, including shaded band, tint pictures
06/21/2012 - Flowmaster cat-back American Thunder system ordered, $589.95 on Ebay NEW. A steal.
06/22/2012 - Installed Flowmaster cat-back AT system
04/13/2013 - Installed JRE 415 kit SP 1-7/8" headers, CAI intake, JRE scoop, Roto-Fab washer kit, and Jannetty tune. (4800 miles)
07/05/2013 - Installed JRE 480 kit CompCams cam, springs and hardware, trunnion upgrade, C5-R timing chain, LS2 dampener, Melling oil pump. (6400 miles)

04/10/2012 - Car sent to dealer to have some finish scratches and rail dust fixed
04/17/2012 - Car sent to dealer to have rock chip and other finish scratches fixed
05/04/2012 - Damaged hood with windshield wipers, repaired next day (self inflicted)
05/31/2012 - Scheduled with dealer to replace three scratched stripes, repair chip in front fascia, reprogram airbag system, remove swirl marks from radio face, remove scratches caused during rail dust removal, adjust passenger door fitment, repair brake fluid leak from reservoir. **Left car with dealer 5/31/2012 @ 9am. As of 6/5/2012 5:40pm, I have not heard a word from the dealer. Not cool.**
06/20/2012 - Got car back from dealer and it looks FANTASTIC. All issues are corrected as of this writing.
06/21/2012 - Upon closer inspection I found finish compound on the vinyl stripes. Took back to dealer.
06/29/2012 - Got car back from the dealer. Will do thorough clean-up over the weekend and re-inspect.
07/01/2012 - Took car to my detail pro for clean, clay, and polish, as the finish swirls are worse than before. H&H reimbursed this expense.
09/19/2012 - Calling out H&H Chevrolet for the poor workmanship, posted here. Dealer refuses to repair car.
09/22/2012 - Took car to Huber Chevrolet. They are going to repair the items that H&H Chevrolet refused to correct. Front facia stripe on order.
10/01/2012 - Huber called and has the stripe. Will drop off tomorrow, and they offered a loaner vehicle!
10/03/2012 - Huber reports that the new stripe has a slight wrinkle. Reordered stripe.
10/08/2012 - Picked up car, all issues corrected. Thanks go to Huber Chevrolet for stepping up and fixing the issues that my selling dealer refused to fix.
09/13/2013 - Took car to Huber for brake reservoir leak. Replaced reservoir per TSB, issue corrected. Great service as always from Huber Chevrolet.
