Question Magnuson Supercharger: LS3 Magnum TVS2650 Order update

Anyone know how Magnuson Production is going? Here is an update I got back at the beginning of October.

We have indeed been dealing with a brutal issue with the particular foundry on the Magnum for LS applications. We are finally seeing light at the end of the proverbial tunnel after making the painful decision to move our tooling to a new foundry. We anticipate to be able to start shipping some of our oldest backorders later this month and continuing to ship through the end of the year as many as we can get our hands on.

Thank you,
Magnuson Superchargers

If you want a factory look GM sells the full accessory drive kit. You may want to check with Magnuson to see if the unit you purchased will work with the LSA pulley spacing. A few years back I bought a TVS2300 kit for the camaro and the spacing was slightly off (i.e. 1 or 2 ribs) for the supercharger pulley to work with the LSA damper. You have to change the water pump too.

Basically all of the accessories are spaced out the same as the corvette and the third pully on the damper drives the SC. So your AC, power steering pump, alternator, water pump drive, tensioner and idler pulleys all need to move toward the block. The third pulley drive on the LSA damper is about in the same place as the accessory drive is on your current damper but is slightly off. If I remember correctly the additional 2 ribs are on the engine side of the damper SC pulley. So at least with the TVS2300 I would have had to find a pully that would clear the jack shaft mounting and had 2 inward additional ribs for an 8 rib SC drive belt to work.

Here's the base kit

The a/c also has to move and here's the kit for that
https://paceperformance.com/i-625555...dd-on-kit.html

FWIW - The damper isn't included in the kits. I have a used GM damper I'd part with.
