I like that Camaro Mike in Nashua has. I'm surprised I've never seen it.

I'm Stacy from Nashua, NH. The Camaro is actually my husbands but I love the car. I get to drive it on Friday's...I call it car custody day. The car is a 2010 1LT, black with silver stripes. We bought the Camaro after I was laid off and we sold our house, so I like to tell him I sacrificed my job so he could drive a nice car.

My husband drives the car year round, which people like to give us a hard time about, but he says he's never felt safer in the snow. I'm curious if other people drive theirs year round.

I drove mine last winter but will be making her a garage queen this year -- no winter tires so it was too scary for me last year -- and I have heard that the 6's handle snow a bit better then the 8's anyway so.....

The 45 mile commute and living on a mountain is not promising for the winter drive again...

Just hit the 20K mark yesterday and loving every mile. I'll bring out the heritage rims and scorpion snows again this winter. The snows were a big improvement to say the least.

I put my order in at Tire Rack for 18" Bremmer Kraft wheels and the Scorpion Snow and Ice tires...we'll see how it goes. It'll be the first time I'll drive an RWD car in the winter (well, ever for that matter, but who's counting). They'll likely be here tomorrow or Thursday. Figured I would get a jump on things.

Don't be surprised how well this thing does in the snow with those scorpion tires... I'm telling you it's a tank!

Sterling, this is just the thing I want to hear! I've read it around in different threads, so I'm not overly concerned, but I do have some apprehension.

My husband was nervous about driving the Camaro last winter but he now says he's never felt safer in a car in the snow. Having OnStar helps, too.

I'm curious how OnStar helps? Is that if I have an accident?

My snows / wheels arrived today. I don't want to say something stupid like "Bring on the sn0w" because knowing New England, it will snow tomorrow...

My husband drives home from work at 1am so there aren't a lot of people on the road. In the winter he's had some close calls over the years and he's seen some bad stuff, including a guy laying dead on the side of the highway. With OnStar, he knows if he crashes or goes off the side of the road help will be on the way. OnStar has been a great thing for us.

They do, but only the ones WITHOUT the RS. Those 20" summer tires blow in the snow! Time to buy a billie goat for that mountain commute.
