I haven't read it yet but it's pretty long. Looks more detailed than most previous volt articles.

I just skimmed it...darn having no time to do things... check one thing I've got to read tonight!

One thing though...that car does look good. Not...Camaro-good...but very nice. Much more in-your-face than a Prius or Insight.

Apparently.

The battery is under the rear seat, and along the centerline of the car.

One thing I just noticed is that it doesn't have an exhaust at the rear. It does have backup sensors though.

With the 2+2 seating and the cheap 1999 iPod controls I think this car is destined for a flop. I hate to say it but I doubt this car will steal any prius owners.

Until someone figures out how to shrink the battery pack down, a four-seater will have to do.

Geeze. Not everyone eats, sleeps, and breathes GM. Judging from other people in this thread, I'm by no means the only one. It's not mentioned in the press all the time and people assume a car like this would be a 5 seater.

The iPod didn't come out til 2001 :P

Huh? What about the Tesla Model S? 5 adults + 2 children.

EDIT: Anyways, the gauges are neat but the centre area looks kind of odd (may be the pictures however).
