Pic of Camaro in the Rain, like the logo up top?

What's up?

I just found this site today. I had a 1995 Camaro back in 1999. It was my first car, 3.4L v6, 5sp PURPLE.. lol.. not a hot-rod but i loved it.

I'm actually trying to track it down to buy it back. It's registered in Concord, NH according to Carfax. I put a ad in the paper, also on craigslist. One kid wrote me and said he has one and he sees another purple one driving around there. He's going to check the Vin and hopefully one of those two is my old one and i can buy it back.

I started a savings account when the first prototype popped up and it's still going, i'm def getting a black on black convertible SS (if that's what they'll call it)

Can you guys lead me in the right direction to find high res pics of like the one attached?
I want to make that my desktop but this version is too small.

Welcome! I'm not sure about the pic of the concept in the rain myself, but I'm sure one of the great guys here at the site can help you out! I hope you find your car, be sure to keep us updated and let us know how everything goes and if you've found her already!

Love that top pic, but I'm afraid to say that's the first time I've seen it...and we have quite a lot of pix here. Someone might have it. Give it some time and maybe someone will be able to help you out.

I have that top pic, but it's stored in an external drive that, at the moment, I'm too lazy to go get and hook up. I'll try in the next day or two, lot's to do today.

It's one of those pics that had 'MPH' in the top corner I believe. That is a cropped image above.

It's funny you guys are talking about that pic, lol.... I actually found this site because of that pic. I was doing a google search for camaro5 pics and that showed up... and that was the best looking camaro5 pic to my eyes on the page, so i clicked and wallah I found these forums.... anyways, just thought I would share my gay story.

"Go advanced". . . . Scroll down, "Manage attachments".

And make sure the pics are within the forum limits.

Yup...click advanced, manage attatchments, a screen will pop up w/ 5 blank boxes and a "browse" button to the right. Click the browse button and a new screen will open for you to find and click on the picture tha you want uploaded. Click on the picture and it will go in that blank.

Click on upload. It'll take a couple seconds and will upload as long as it is within the limits. Then, simply click submit post and there you have it. Now, it is says that the file size limit is too large, you'll have to create an account as some picture hosting webwite. I use photobucket if I want to post up very large filesizes. I just have to upload them there and then copy/paste the url it gives you into our reply box....it'll host the larger file size.

Thanks for posting up that picture i asked for. This one i've never seen before and it is SICK.... i hope someone finds it Hi Res for the rest of us.... I wish the Camaro was a different color on that pic tho, the other two stand out more.

Oh yeah, before i forget, i did find my old camaro, i posted an ad on Craigslist and sure enough a couple hours later i got an email. I dont know if i'll get it back tho, it's a young kid who owns it now, it's his first car as well and he painted it blue and stuffed it with speakers.... i dont think he wants to part with it.
