I've already put together one Z/28 differential cooler kit
All parts are available you just need to piece it together and figure it out w/o instructions.

I'm interested in the Brake ducts. For giggles, I googled, there is a Hummer duct with the exact number and retail price!! I've worked in Engineering/Mfg space my whole career, and one basic practice is to never reuse a part number. Repurposing is fine if form/fit/function is intact. Ideas?

The Z/28 ducts only fit the Z/28. The ZL1 even uses different ducts.

23480032 and 23480031

The place you linked has all GM parts not just Hummer parts. I think that is where you are getting confused.

Are there any pics or diagrams of the Z/28 brake ducts yet? I am curios to see how they look compared to the quantum aftermarket kit.

Yes it should be. It is also the Z/28 diffuser from what I understand, just w/o the restriction, unpainted, and w/o the $75.00 core charge.
$1050.00 is GM list
