Injen Oil Diffuser for V6 CAI?
Any recent purchasers of the Injen V6 CAI notice that there was no oil diffuser as described in the instructions? I only had a piece of rubber hose to use...but no diffuser.

Hmmm - I better go check mine. I dont recall a part like that. but then it has been a while sence I installed.

Definitely missing that part. I had an 8-10 inch of rubber hose that that was in the kit. I used it in place of the diffuser. No diffuser was included in the kit.

i had this in mine...you dont see it tho unless ur engine cover is off...that rubber hose was a bitch to get on that thing..thank god for spit

does it come off the car or is it part of the kit? Just got my injen today and didnt see it in the packaging. And it wasnt in the instructions

Just talked with Paul at Injen and they discontinued the diffuser. That was a relief!

I was using an old PDF file that someone had posted on the forums for the installation instructions. (Easier to read on the computer screen) The new instructions dont reference the diffuser. My bad on that one.
