Extremely frustratred obtaining a part
Please understand my frustration. See post page 9 (nine pages) http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=71195&page=9
The 9 page thread is a discussion about a front grill bowtie delete insert. Need to call in my order for this part as I live in Canada where Camaro's are built. I can not order on the Victory website as I do not have a part number, and can not enter my MC number without a USA zip code (in Canada we have postal codes which are numbers and letters). Need to be able to give my MasterCard billing address in Canada that will be different from a US shipping address as I understand Victory does not mail USPS to Canada. Other vendors do ship to Canada USPS. Victory does not pick up their phone calls during their posted hours of operations. I have tried to call Victory since last week, they do not answer phone calls. Impossible for me to order this part on their website, I do not have a part number, I do not have a USA Zip Code. Impossible for me to order on their website as they are not international. I can order vitamins, books, etc. on the web, but yet some USA Camaro vendors have not been able to update their websites to sell to Canadians. The Camaro is made in Canada. Yet some Camaro after market parts suppliers ignore Canadian Camaro owners. |

![]() That's their decision. Maybe it's a pita. There are many members on here, on e-bay, craigs list, etc..... who won't. What's the problem? Buy somewhere else. |

Nah, I think delete.
OP, I don't know what the deal is with this vendor. Maybe they forgot to change the message on their phones, maybe their server is down. Obviously their customer service isn't good. Maybe they are growing too fast to handle themselves. Who knows. But you seem to be pissed at them for not being able to sell you something. So don't buy it. There are plenty of things I'd like to buy but aren't made anymore. Or I can't find. Deal with it. Buy a heritage grill. Then you can debadge your car till it looks black label all day long. But you have not been done wrong here. |
