What size shot on l99?

I am putting a wet nozzle kit on my car next week and am thinking of spraying a 100 or 125 shot. Has anybody sprayed an L99? I am just looking for a little advice as to what size shot to run

Hey guys ,

I talk to a performance shop in Los Angeles ca
He says a 100 shot very mild on the l99 .

He also said that you should be between 100 200max , at 100 you won't have any probs

IF YOU GUYS DO IT LET ME KNOW PM ME SOME BEFORE AND AFTER VIDEOS PLEASE !!!!

OR JUST PUT UP A THREAD !

I want to do this mod but would like to see it in action before hand.

Thanks and good luck.

I am also thinking about putting a small Nitrous Kit on my 2010 2SS. Im looking at just doing a 75 shot. But it comes with 75-125-175 nozels. From a Tech from ZEX, He said it wont hurt the car at all and thats what Im after. He also said I wouldnt need a tune. The cost for the ZEX Nitrous system is $650.00. I dont know how much it is to install but I've been told its very simple to install. I ran a 13.8 on totally stock motor. I plan on running again soon after the Nitrous hookup. If anyone can tell me about how much faster I'll run with a 75 shot of Nitrous. I'd be happy to hear that. And how you hid everything. I'd rather not let anyone know that I have it.

I was going to put the Nitrous Outlet kit on. I planned on spraying about 125-150.

The engine should survive 100-150hp jetting without even breathing hard, as long as there are no distribution issues. The limiting factor with big jets on a single-point wet kit is usually fuel dropping out of suspension - EFI manifolds are designed to flow air, not atomized fuel, and sometimes you can get fuel puddling or one or more lean cylinders. I used to routinely run a 75 shot on my daily-driver 240SX and its 2.4l 4 cylinder, but it had a very simple manifold layout that didn't cause any problems.

Also, a window switch is an excellent idea - I run (and recommend) the Zex digital switch because it's easy to install and set up, trivial to adjust, and has a gear-skip option that lets you lock out the nitrous in first if you're having traction issues.
