This was posted in another post but wanted people to know who might have missed it... the title says it all but there will be some specials on parts. Karl Chevrolet is located in Ankeny, Iowa just north of I-80 off of I-35. Hope to see everyone there. there was also talk about meeting at Old Chicago afterwards.

It is with a heavy heart I have to say this, but I will not be able to attend the Meet and Greet at Karl Chevy in Ankeny Saturday.

I will be working all weekend. It's hard to pass up the OT on Saturdays and double time on Sundays.

Gotta make money for all the "goodies" I'm buying for my baby when she gets here.

And... the wife's new ring of course.

I had a good time down there today. It was good to meet everyone, and put a face with the names. Hopefully we can do it again sometime.
I was quite impressed with the diverters on Camaros and vettes car

Only bad thing about the day was my $130 tint ticket on the way home.....yep, they went up $50 when the speeding fines increased.

On the bright side, he did only give me a warning for 76 in a 65. Wierd part was I passed 2 Sheriffs going exactly the same speed and they never came after me. For some reason the state guys have a hard on for window tint.

wow that sucks, trying to get the photos on here i'm like a ford when it comes to these things on a comp. hope the daughter can help me out tomorrow!

I stopped at my mom's house on my way down and grabbed her camer and took a few pics....only problem was I forgot to stop on the way back. I have no way to get the pics off the camera here.

Thanks everyone for coming yesterday. I had a great time and it was nice to be able to put names with sigs too. A huge thank you to Karl, Scott. Gary and JP for helping us out with putting this thing together and allowing us to take up some of their space. I cant wait to do it again soon.

thanks man i like them too!!!

i agree it was fun and we need to do it again next year for sure!!! i hope we can get more people next year, it was a good start for putting together on short notice. that sucks you got a ticket.

Thanks to those responsible for putting the meet and greet together! It was nice to meet everyone and I look forward to the next one! I forgot my camera so thanks to Big Brunsy for getting some pics posted...bummer on the ticket.
