making loud clunk noise when down shifting into 1st....
This just started happening today. I never had a problem and never even use the paddle shifters that much but for a car with 9k miles on it I dont think it should be dropping into 1st gear like it is doing. Has anyone had this problem with the 2010 2lt?

If in doubt, take it in. That should be pretty easy for them to diagnose. It should go smoothly into 1st gear from second unless you are using the tapshift. Which you said you aren't.
Take it in.
