California Duster and Adams waterless wash
I hope I didn't do something stupid. I like to use the Cal Duster and Adams waterless wash on my car since it doesn't get rained on or very dirty. I thought it would help to use the duster on the rims also to get the brake dust off. It works well but I use the same duster on the car. Is that OK to do or should I use a separate duster on the rims?

Never touch your rims with anything you later intend on using on your paint.
To remove brake dust just saturate them with waterless wash or detail spray and use a separate towel than anything you'll be using on your paint. |

Hey Dylan, I kind of figured I made a mistake. I brought a new duster and will get rid of the other one.

Red......their is a SMALL California Duster as well, its about a third of the original, and would work for the wheels, as long as its dedicated strictly for your wheels.

I like to use the cheap microfiber towels on the wheels and the exhaust.
There is one thing though. The cheap ones do not dry the wheels as great as the adams towels!
