I got the idea for this thread in the "gf can't see" thread. How about driving? How do you like your seat set? When I'm driving, the seat is set as low as it can go, and almost all the way back. I'm 5'10". This is the most comfortable car to drive!
Dennis is 5'9", and he drives with the seat as high as it can go, and forward marginally more than would work for me. Surprising to me how 2 people so close in height would set the seat in such different positions. |

It depends on if you have long legs or a long body. I have long legs, so at 5'10" I have it almost all the way back and the seat is about in the middle of the height adjustment.

At 6'9" I have my seat all the way back and as low as it can go. I also have it reclined a good amount. It's nice to know there's a car out there an ogre like me can fit in.

Mine is set as low as it will go. I drove a 4th gen as my first car (that didn't have up/down adjustments), so I got used to and liked driving low. I'm 5'2" by the way.

I'm 5'10 and averagely proportioned. Seat is all the way down and about 3/4 of the way back. I like to relax when cruising to and from work 70 miles roundtrip 5-6 days a week!

I have my seat all the way back and about 75-85% as low as it can go. I raised it up a bit because I realized the sun visor works exponentially better if you sit higher, but my legs get too close to the wheel and start rubbing if I go to 50% or more, so I compromised a tiny bit of room for a usable sun visor. I found out I drive during dusk quite a bit and I need that tiny little thing. I'm 6'4" with long legs and a shorter torso.

5'11" here. My seat settings are pants on the ground and a little less than all the way back.
It's one of the most comfortable vehicles to ride in; just getting in or out is the hard part really.

I am 5' 10" and prefer it up high and sitting forward, but since I got tired of hitting my head everytime I got into the car, I have been getting used to sitting back further and lower with some recline.

@ Nearly 6'6" ................No problems entering or exiting. No problems finding a comfortable position for driving. Head doesn't touch the head liner and Casper is sunroof equiped. No seat belt issues. The seat is generally set near the bottom of its travel, with a slight seat back incline rearwards. The forward portion of the seat is adjusted tilted slightly upwards. The telescopic adjustment is generally set forwards and in the middle setting. Its easy to see the dash cluster. My forward viewing area is in the center of the windshield. My view isn't obsured. The sunvisor and upper portions of the windshield area are atleast 8" above that forward viewing area.

6'5 195 lbs. got the front of the seat high as it will go, and the rear as low as it will go so it has a nice incline to it. then the back has a nice lean to it. sits close to the rear seat.. not all the way back though.. dont like my arms being all stretched out for everything.. dont mind having my legs a little closer
