Cleartastic is Fantastic protection from rock chips

Just picked up my new 2LT RS a few weeks ago. After spending lots of time on the Camaro 5 Forums...I learned that it would be a good idea to protect the "gill" area in front of the rear wheels since many people experienced rock chips in that area. (Thanks to all of you who shared your experiences there to help "save" new Camaro owners like me from the same problem)

I decided to buy the "Cleartastic" paint protection film from TKO Performance after reading about it in the forum. I purchased it online and had it in hand before I picked up my new Camaro. So, I was ready to install it when I brought the car home.

Since I never did installation of anything like this before...I have to admit I was concerned about how difficult it would be to do. But I'm glad to say it was super easy.

The product is really durable feeling and is cut to fit just right. The instructions TKO sends with the product were very easy to follow. And to my surprise, you really can't see this clear film on the car. It's almost invisible unless you're really looking closely at it.

The shocker for me was when Ed from TKO called me to see if I had any questions and to see if I was happy with the product. It's so rare to get that level of service these days that I was pretty impressed with his phone call to me.

Bottom line: I'm very happy with this product and thank TKO Performance for the great service.
