Running Light Bezels by Defenderworx (or painting stock ones??)

http://www.camarocollection.com/cata...roduct_id=8531

Has anyone bought these or something like this? I saw these on the camarocollection website and they look nice but I'm not paying $150 bucks for them either.

I'm guessing these replace the existing bezels instead of simply slipping over top of the stock ones.

I know several members here have simply painted theirs, and I'm fine with that. (mucho cheaper!!!) My problem is, last time I tried to remove the bezels myself I simply couldn't get them out...never even came close! Anyone out there have any tips for doing so? Last time I simply elevated the car a bit to get under it. Now I have a Jack and a couple stands so that might help a bit, but I'm still thinking it would be a PITA!

jack up the front end, remove wheels & fender liners then you can see the retaining tabs. remove the bulb holder & light (retaining tabs) and then the bezel retaining tabs will allow the ring to pull out.

You can paint as they are or you can smooth & fill to eliminate the textured surface and recesses. a sample of mine here:
