Momentum Autosports: Nitrous Plate and Stand Alone fuel system done RIGHT.

Many of you have seen Nitrous Expresses clean plate kit, that tucks under the engine cover and doesn't effect throttle body position:

Another product that Nitrous Express offers that makes spraying MUCH more reliable is their SAFE fuel cell. It's a cell that lets you toss in some high octane fuel (1 gallon) and provides a stand alone high octane fuel system for when the nitrous system is engaged. This normally goes where the factory battery was when people relocate them to the back.. well, no dice on the 2010 Camaro.. the battery is already in the back! We developed this SAFE fuel cell bracket for the 2010 Camaro that fits great.

The other item is a 2010 Camaro specific wire harness. This under hood harness mounts to the side of the SAFE fuel cell bracket and is full labeled and ready to hook up. Includes:

  • Full integrated harness
  • +12v out on arm for SAFE fuel cell
  • Pigtail for fuel pressure safety switch out output of SAFE fuel cell
  • Retards ignition timing when system is armed.
  • Available with integrated NX TPS switch with a core charge (send us yours, and we give you your core charge back!)
  • Supports window switch activation (window switch not included)

Basically, a 3+ hour wire job (to do it right..) takes 30 minutes. Both products include all needed hardware, instructions and the wire harness has all it's leads color coded and labeled for easy install!

Do your nitrous install right and safe!

Jordon,

How does the harness remove timing when the system is armed? Is that in conjuction with EFI live or something?

I used the lingenfelter on my wifes car but on my racecar I use EFI live to remove the timing.

Dave-
IAT.

I've been spraying my cars all over TX for 10 years and never hurt a motor. Taking a few simple precautions and putting a setup together like this is the way to go
