has anybody done the relocate with their short ram? is it worth doing... also any tips for installing the short ram I heard its good to disconnect the battery. im also a noob... what do people mean when they say..."oiled or dry" for the intake?

oiled or dry refer to the filter, and whether it has to be oiled. The Injen longtube is dry, unsure about the short ram.

The IAT could possibly help, the the short ram doesn't hold IAT temps down. You will want to monitor the temps before and after the install to see if it would truly help.

Disconnecting the battery is a safety item, probably isn't needed, but wouldn't hurt to do. You'll have to reset your windows when done, the car will tell you how.
