I'm on duty right now, sitting at a damn desk...essentially babysitting a bunch of grown men to make sure they don't burn the barracks down. The only thing I can think about is my Camaro and how much I want to drive it...I think I'm going insane.

Too Funny.................With the increasing popularity of the Gen5 its reasonable to conclude that they too are more than likely suffering from the same affliction. lol

I don't miss CQ at all. Funny you describe it that way, I actually had to put out a mulch fire one time when I was on CQ because some dumb ass dropped a cigarette in it that wasn't completely out.

Whip out your smart phone and spam youtube video's all night! I actually used to enjoy CQ, drunk soldiers coming in have some pretty amazing stories sometimes. IE coming in half naked with one shoe on and mudd and scratches all over them... lmao
This one swore someone was shooting at him so he ran a marathon through the woods and lost half his clothes.

Me Too! The biggest drag to CQ was having to go up to someone's room and give em hell, because they were doing something they weren't supposed to be doing. It was even tougher being a barracks sergeant. Had to witness all the crap the CQ was called on for........ Always told my guys, "Do what you want, but be sure not to get caught by the CQ, 1SG, or the CPT. Never failed..... always one dumb MF.

Yeah there is always that one, luckily for me there wasn't one last night hehe. bad news is the barracks I'm in has the WORST cell phone reception ever so smart phone usage is pretty much eliminated... :(
