Edmonton - Last cruise of the season??? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

We've made the move to Edmonton and every morning I'm thinking we could be waking up to the white stuff. Yikes!

October 24th - who is interested in a 3 or 4 hour cruise around the city? I'm thinking about meeting at 11:30am, posssibly making a tour around the city or something with some strategic stops, done by 4:00pm. I believe DJ Atomix organized the last one in Edmonton and had an excellent route with some excellent stops.

October 31st - who is interested in a trip a to Red Deer? I'm thinking the northern Alberta people could meet in Edmonton and the southern Alberta poeple can meet in Calgary, leave their respective cities around 10:00, meet in Red Deer for lunch and be back home for Trick or Treating in the afternoon. I have a couple of restaurants that would be willing to accommodate a large group in Red Deer, depending on the #'s we get.

Weather permitting, of course.

Let me know what works for you or any ideas we could add would be great.

24th i would be able to meet in the morning, but would have to peel off the cruise early because I have a hockey game to Referee @ 1:30

31st i would be available and willing

24th is a possibility...probably have to meet you somewhere along the way though, wouldn't be able to make it out until early afternoon..

It wasnt me who arranged the last Edmonton meet, I think it was BUMBLEBEE_SS.

I'd be up for another cruise, Sunday afternoon? Blunch, what time is your game untill?

there is a small chance I will be in Edmonton this weekend so I would join you all if that happens. but i probably won't know until friday or saturday if that will happen. so I may just show up at the meeting spot if I can. if not there is always next time

Early morning would work good for me too. Say 10:00 - 1:00PM?

I wonder if we could rally up 10 of us for Sunday, any other ideas 68 RS?

EDIT: Oh jeez, guess what, I heard its supposed to snow on Sunday :( . I'm not very impressed to hear that news. I'm crossing my fingers it doesnt because if it does, crazy bee is going away permanently untill next year.

I mean, i'll be out and about, with winter tires on....but i know all you guys are scared of a little of the white stuff

that sucks!! we got it also but my car has a nice sort of warm garage to park in at night. so that helps.

well we wil lhave to aim for first part of spring at this point I think.
