Optional LCD and Antenna adapter for Metra 99-3010S DDIN-Kit

In the installation instructions of the Metra 99-3010S Kit its said that you need an additional lcd to set the vehicle features like language, door locking etc.
Does anyone know which display this is?
And does anyone know which antenna adapter i need for a kenwood radio?

The LCD is called an Axxess Display, you can find it at http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Axxes...fAudioQ5fVideo.

i am getting ready to do the Kenwood/Metra install and have a question.

What does the electrical lead on the 40-eu55 adapter connect to? is there a lead off the radio?

I have not studied the install manuals yet, so for give me if this is a simple answer!
