Did a search and did not see this posted before. Autoweek magazine editor Dutch Mandel interviewed Camaro engineer Al Oppenheiser in three of the four videos on the magazine web site. Al offered some interesting perspective on our car a number of months into volume production. Check out his comments on the Pirelli tire / Brembo brake sourcing issue and resolution at 2:45 into the Camaro handling vid. Upsetting the economy of Brazil? Good stuff!

The site lists 2010 but Mandel talks of 2011 so these vid's must be current.

Some good anecdotes there.

Good thing Congress didn't find out about that expenditure. They probably would have nixed the charter planes and let sales suffer.
