Spare Tire - Silly Question

Since I've upgraded my 2LT / RS to the SS Brembo's front and rear, the factory spare tire is a "no go". Haven't really worried about it, but maybe I should. What are other folks doing for a "spare"?

If you already have the OEM spare contact Gary's Custom and have him make you a 1 3/4" hub-centric wheel adapter.I have the 2SS/RS and ordered the OEM spare/jack/tools,etc and the 1 3/4" adapter allows the wheel to clear the calipers.I test fitted mine befopre i mounted the tire.My car does NOT have the "roller skate" weights.....if you have these you may also need to swap out the pads.I beleive i paid aprox $115 to have it made.

BTW: I only test fit mine for clearance on the front because i dont want to run a smaller diameter spare out back because of the SS diff. I beleive the rear rotor is .400 larger in diameter than the front so im not sure if there would be a problem? If i get a flat out back i will have to run my spare up front and move my front tire to the rear. You wont have this problem with the LT.
