What happens when a Camaro meets Dodge!

My local Chevy and Dodge dealer share the same lot with Ford across the street. Well I stopped to look at a fully loaded Challenger and the Dodge salesman came out talking ish bout Chevy jokingly of course. He wanted me to trade in my car for the Challenger. Well after bout 5 mins of talking trash he said to me do you mind if i take look at your car havent really had a chance to see one up close. Still looking at the Challenger I said sure, but when I looked back he was actually sitting inside my Camaro. It looked like he was day dreaming about it. I couldnt help but think Chevy did a hell of a job with the Camaro because isnt the salesmans job to get me in their car and not vice versa

The stock SRT8 beats its @ss! That what happens. I own both a 2SS and CSRT8, and love each for different reasons. But got to say that my L99/6.2 can't keep up with my HEMI/6.1.

My Camaro meets my Dodge every day when I get home from work. They have to play nice, they park next to each other in the garage.

Not to start a war here but the Camaro SS has tested better in almost every performance category then the SRT8 in many tests from different publications...

I do love the challenger looks, and offers some options i wish chevy would offer.

A family friend has a RT and when we park next to each other it's a good looking lineup of cars. I will say i didn't even look at the SRT8 because of the 13k price difference, that could be put towards a twin turbo or super charger and handling mods.

Glad you guys chimed in there, could have sworn I read all those comparisons myself. But like all have said the Challenger is dope, love to own one.

I would say Dodge must have done a pretty good job also. After all you went to look at a fully loaded Challenger so maybe you have some doubt about your Camaro purchase.

I'm not gonna lie. I'm a Chevy guy thru and thru, always have been. I own a silverado and a Camaro. That being said....that Ram R/T looks really sharp. I could see myself driving one of those....providing they come in 4 wheel drive.
