Tire Pressure Sensors

I recently got a set of 20in SS rims for my LT, and they included the tire sensors. They came with brand new tires and everything, too. When I first put the rims on, the tire pressure sensors worked, and read out the PSI of each tire. Now, though, every time I turn on my car, I get a check engine light and "Service Tire Monitor System" message. I also no longer get a reading on any tire.

Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone have a solution?

I am guessing you did NOT have them RELEARN the new sensors in YOUR car...there is a procedure, look at your manual. yor car is looking for the sensors that WERE on the car and can't find them. once your car RELEARNS the new sensors in you new wheels....you will be good to go.

I got four sensors with a set of rims. How do you test them to make sure then are good?

The TPMS re-learn procedure is in the Owner's Manual.

Just reset the sensors. The whole flashing lights and horn honking thing.

You have to buy the sensors separately.
