A few of us had lunch after a car gathering yesterday, so we did a little impromptu photo shoot in the parking lot. The 69 SS is mine, the 2010 on chrome D2 Forged wheels is member mlee (Mike), and the other 2010 on color-matched Savini wheels belongs to Dangeruss (Russ).

It actually is only what I'd consider driver quality. It was "restored" about 20 years ago, with a cheap paint job. The body is solid, zero rust, and it is an actual code 72 Hugger Orange, code X55 SS-350 though. I've had it for about 7 yrs now. When I get around to it, the car will be stripped bare and redone completely, by me. It will be my 3rd 69 to restore, my favorite car and year.

Nice! I sure miss my '69 SS. I had the 396 with Turbo 400 and 12 bolt posi. What a screamer it was. My 2011 just showed up at the dealer yesterday. But...I have to travel 3000 miles to see her back at home. I leave in 7 hours!!! Nice photos too...BTW!
