Will they fit? On the inside

Can anyone tell me if the 20in stock wheels, with tires mounted will fit on the inside of the camaro?

2 in the back seat and 2 in the trunk?

I need to get a winter setup soon and just trying to figure out how to transport my existing wheels back home.

Thanks

They are bigger than you think. If you have another option, I would go that route. Or just ask the place doing the tires to hold two while you take a trip home (with two in the truck).

yeah, dont have any other options unfortunately. I didnt want to leave any at the place cuz its likely going to be pretty far away. Im meeting up with someone to buy there heritage wheels and dont know how im going to get either them or my stock rims back home.

but if technically its doable, then in my book it is doable. ill try to stick one in the passenger seat, two in the back and one in the trunk? I may have to take my sub box out, would hate to have that screw me. hope this works.

Keep us updated. I may have to do the same thing when I upgrade my wheels...

i don' think you can get the wheel with a tire mounted in the back seat. Can you drive the camaro with the passenger seat out? I know some cars with air bags in the seats, it sometimes wont start. But I would just take the passenger seat out if you can ( two Bolts only, the front is just hooked in). I have a coupe and my 19" 30 series tires barely fit through the opening with the seat all the way forward.

I bought a set of heritage rims and I got three rims in the trunk and one in the back seat. You'd be lucky to get two mounted tires in the trunk. Might be possible I can't say for sure. I can say that those steel wheels with the rubber mounted on them are heavy! Can you rent a pick up for a couple hours. I borrowed one from work to get my snow tires home after they were mounted.

If memory serves me correctly, i could not get two wheels w/tires mounted to fit into the trunk with the rear sets in their normal position.I was in the same situation and had to rent a mini van for one day. It was worth it for around $50.Good luck!
