I was able to paint my mufflers with out removing them. I removed the rear valence, just a hand full of screws and a couple tabs, and then used a piece of cardboard as a back stop to prevent over spray, laid on my back and painted away with grill spray. Have a couple thousand miles on them and winter road salt with out any problems.

Thanks guys. I didn't like the idea of spraying the exhaust on the car because of overspray. Plus I had the exhaust off for other mods and figured it was a good time to do it.
