Now that's funny...both the shunt story and jeff. I remember watching that thread from the sidelines (pre my post whore days) and thinking that you people were nuts. Now, I know WE are all nuts.

Pink, I think DG is right. I would like to think that the place has changed in a good way. New people are joining every day and more and more information is out everyday it seems on the car. It is great watching pictures pop up in different states and the excitement that just keeps building. On top of that, we are 51 days from production start! And personally, I think the site will get even better when people start getting their cars. It is definitely changing, but enjoy it!

I don't think its changed for the better. Back then everyone was just happy that they were getting a camaro and that they were actually being made again, now everyone has something to complain about. The stripes arent long enough, the blue isnt blue enough, and what? im not getting my camaro the day production starts? F that, im cancelling.

There is some truth to this. However, it's a pretty acceptable evolution of the forum/community.

Once our cars are in our driveways I guarantee some of that old flavor will be back.
