AAC Halo Fog Lights

Hello again everyone!

I finally received my AAC halo fog lights today, I am very hesitant about cutting into my fog lights and then having to seal them back up, also, the DVD did not show anything about the wiring that needs to be done. I am fairly new, but trying to get into doing modifications to cars. Being new to this, would it be a better idea to find a company that works with AAC in my area to install them or am i just a little to paranoid and should be able to install these myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Try your local dealer ha! My dealer didn't have a bandsaw to cut them in half so one of the serivce advisor's is into wood working. Took them home and cut them in half. Then they mechanic sealed them up for me and did all the wiring. My dealer watched the dvd and at first they were like NO but then they got everything worked out for me sooo I was happy. I just let them have the foglights out of my camaro for a week while I was hanging out in Vegas for my b-day.

Thank you, I do have the white halos and thats exactly what i want to do, connect them to the RS halos so when I set them to parking mode the fogs come on as well. I may be a little ignorant about wiring... how difficult is it to connect it to the parking lights?

We've done it a few times...have some pics here on our Members Journal as well.

It's really alot easier than it looks here. Once you start, it takes about 2 hours total the first time.

Post up pics when you're done....I don't think that the LED fogs get NEAR the attention that they deserve!
