Man, that is sad. I thought even about saying it was more sad, as it was in a Camaro, but I just couldn't... it's just too tragic that the situation came to that.

I used to live down around 40th & L... wasn't the best neighborhood then. Guess things haven't changed much.

This doesn't bother me nearly as much as when I hear about someone killing their children. That just really ticks me off. People who kill a child should be tortured to death.

Personally I think we've come quite a long ways when you consider we used to burn witches at the stake and have public executions in the town square. The fact that this is not the norm (and as such is news worthy) makes me feel that humanity is doing ok for now.
