i got a ticket for tinted tail lights (dim tail lights) does anyone know of a place that sells led tail light bulbs or just brighter tail light bulbs, i contacted aac but they dont have anything and i dont want to take the tint off or buy the whole led taillights that they sell on ebay

Not just a bulb but a full taillight assembly.
Expensive yes, But they look killer/ plus you could tint the hell out of them and not worry about them dimming.

I just dont think those look good at all.....maybe if the led's weren't spaced so far apart.....i just don't like the look of seeing individual leds....just me

What tint did you have on your tailights? I'm getting the Big Worm gunsmoke tints for all but the headlights! I hope they won't be too dark, it looks like you can still see a little red through them. I don't know where you can get led bulbs. I assume you want to replace the bulb with an led type, correct? I did that on my Harley but they were much smaller housings! Don't know how led bulbs would look inside the larger housing on the Camaro.

i used the night shadez paint and i did them REAL dark

I got my tail light LEDs from V-Leds (mostly for the imediate on/off with the 3rd brake light) Here's a link to some really bright ones from them:

A little expensive though, $120 + Shipping for all 4 bulbs and you'll need to buy load resistors as well.

I'd say if these don't really brighten it up, then you just shaded your tails way too dark.
