exhaust (catback) and CAI questions ?

hi guys..

i need to know , is the exhaust catback 3' for v8 can be fited in v6 , also about the CAI

I don't see why not. Almost all of the 3" systems have a 2.5" inlet. When I went to headers I sold and installed my cat-back to someone with a 2LT.

The cross brace may not fit without some spacers though.


For CAI....I doubt it. Totally different design from V6 vs V8.

but i think the v6 exhaust is 2' , i saw it one time frome back it was smaler than v8

i wana sell my to some one have v6 , but i don't wanna go to the some garage with him to see if it's fiting on it or not !

for this reason i need true answer..

They are 2.25" with small tips.

You're probably going to have a hard time finding someone that has put a 3" on a V6. Doesn't happen very often. If anything you need to post in the V6 section.

I can say that my 2.5" fit just fine and was no different than putting it on my SS. I now have 3" with no issues so I don't really see where it would be an issue. Connection size is 2.5" just like I had and the hangers are in the exact same location.

BTW: you need to change your signature to "VICTORY RED".....you have is misspelled.
