Please try to contact Shane's and check on room, Be sure to tell them who your with and we would like to do this on the same day of every month maybe they will not charge us

Ok for the small room that holds 30 people she said if we have 12 to 15 of us at a time there is No charge for the room. All I had to do if call her back and she will fill out the reservation form over the phone and we will have it every 3rd Wed. from 7 to 8 pm .

Ok great may want to ask if there is only 10 people if they would honor the no charge. In case someone cannot make it...

No we will not get charged since we are a club that comes on every month. and we can eather order from the counter our self or say we want a waitress to wiat on us but will have a 15% gratuity fee.

Just need the ok and I can call her back to get everything setup and make sure we have it also for the 16th or how ever many times a month we want it.

You have the OK, Set it up for the 16th and the 3rd saturday of every month. I appreiate you doing this. So everyone please plan to attend Shane's Acadiana on East Texas Street across from Swan Lake Road circle K. If anyone does not know where it is please feel free to give me a call and I will get you directions.
