so i was doing a quick ps of shaving the door handles and i have to say i think im sold on the idea.

it looks so much better than those cheap ass door handles we have now.

I was at the carwash yesterday and there was a cts coupe there and im like, wtf why dont we have door handles like that? I know, i know. sacrafices must be made.

Has anyone did this yet, on any car, and if so how much does it generally cost for something like this.

I would have to say that that would make a sweet mod. I don't like the door handles myself and plan to chrome mine. Just want to see a PS before I go forward.

if you dont like them, why would u chrome them. That would just make them stick out even more.
i believe someone sell chrome handle covers, that should give u an idea how it looks.

I have had a few vehicles with shaved doors. They are great and I loved them. Status Customs built a bagged red Camaro with shaved doors. Looks bad ass! Ill see if I can find pictures.

is your friend. There is a thread started by JusticePete about the Pedders car, which has shaved handles. IIRC, I posted a link there to a hotrod shop that supplies a kit to do it.

Yep. and I think there is a over ride button in the trunk should you lose the fob.
