I was wanting to know if I bought a set of 20x10 rims and put them on all 4 corners of my car, will I have any problem with rubbing? I remember reading that the stock rear tires fit on the front and don't cause any problems, I was wondering if one inch wider would be too much.

Brandon, it depends on the offset too, not just the width. The 10s can fit up front (barely) but you'd still need a perfect offset and still run the narrower 275 tire on them. Otherwise, they poke out. I'd recommend sticking with a 20x9 or 20x9.5 front wheel, there is no need for 20x10 just to run a narrow tire on it.

For the rears, we can fit a 20x11 wheel with a 315 wide tire, no problem.

Well I was wanting to get away from the staggered pattern...and I wanted to run at least a 10" wide tire on the rear. But if that's the case I would need to probably just do 20x10 on the rear and 20x9 on the front or 20x9 all around. With the same offset as the factory rears.
