Question re: Metra Kit and yellow co-axial cable
I am having the Metra Kit installed. My question is what is the yellow co-axial cable that is exposed in the cavity behind the factory radio, there for? It is wrapped with another wire. The co-axial cable has a clean cut on it and is not hooked up to anything.
Does anyone know what this cable is used for? Sorry, don't have a picture right now, since I'm at the install shop. I can post it when I get home. I'm just curious. any information would be appreciated. Thanks, Allen

I believe it is like that from the factory. I forget why it is there but I think if you search in the "adding HUD to your vehicle" that wire is explained. I think.
