Another Miserable Dealer Experience

Well picked up my car from the stealer this morning...after two weeks waiting for repairs...Dropped it off VD day to repair the spoiler paint chip issue, oil leak issue, and coolant leak issue it seems everyone is having..GREAT! I get all 3....Anyway I go to the office and it seems they can't find my ticket?..After about half a dozen phone calls..they produce my key and I grab it and say I am going to inspect the paint..WELL I walk outside to my HORROR I see my car under a live Oak tree that is in FULL pollen mode.. MY CAR WAS Covered with Yellow powder pollen and a pile of leafs all over my FRESH PAINT.. ARE you EFFN kidding me? Fresh paint and you park it under a Tree? I WAS LIVID!...there was sooo much pollen and leafs on my car and the trunk lid they painted was COVERED with pollen and Leafs....I Tried to blow off the pollen and leafs but not gonna happen...did not want to wipe it and scratch the shit out of the fresh clear..I was so not wanting to go to the dealer to get these things done because I knew I was going to have a problem....I have been A Master Tech for 22 years and I know I am Anal about my car but I expect alot more professionalism from these dealers...There was more to this story but I Don't want to bore anyone just had to vent.......

Where is that guy from GM Customer Service who has been lurking around here today? I'll see if I can find him and pm him about this thread...

Edit: I found his username and pm'd him the link to this thread. Here is his user page: http://camaro5.com/forums/member.php?u=29125

His name is Jeff Morris, Chevrolet Customer Service.

It never ceases to amaze me what people at dealerships who should know better will do to cars. Last time I test drove a Camaro, the salesman drove it the first few miles to show me what it could do. He peeled out of the dealership driveway onto the highway, and chirped the tires and hit the rev limiter in the first three gears up to 100 mph before the temp gauge had moved off the cold peg on a car with 10 miles on it...then tries to sell it to me afterward.

I see im not the only one "thrilled" with the dealerships here in Florida, im in PSLa little North of you, I went through Stuart, Veto, Ft Pierce and countless dealerships in.WPB trying to order my vert, they all SUCKED! I ended up in.Saint Cloud, 100 miles further North! Hopefully picking it up this week, been good so far, but we'll.see if it holds up once the cash is in their hands!

You've had your car into the dealer 30 times in a year? That seems excessive to say the least. Maybe 3 times a year for routine maint.;
Why?
