How to unplug ABL wiring harness - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Trying to do some wiring to swap out the LEDs on my door ABL. Was going to slice into the wiring just being the plastic holder for the LED/resistor but would prefer putting my own wiring in or slicing further down the wire. Came across this connection and am not sure how to disconnect it. Any tips?

On the one side you will see a slice in it, all you do is stick a small flt head in there, and lift and pull them apart.
