pissed to happy to more pissed then came Adams

In the last three weeks I got two door dings, one was real bad so this morning I had a PDR (Dent Wizard) come to my shop to work their majic and they did, wasn't sure they would get one out on the crease but after 20 min they both came out. The bad one had a couple of scratches in it but the dents were gone so I was pretty happy. A couple of weeks ago I got my Adams' detailing kit and figured I'd wait untill the dents were fixed and the roads got cleaned up a bit as my paint looks terrible after a winters driving. Well I got home and gave my glass a quick wipe down and realized the friggin' dent wizard scratched the s%$t out of my window with his tools. Now I am really pissed. I was getting ready to call the guy but figured I better wait and cool down a bit because I was at that point. I then decided to see if I could do something with it because I'm ready to flip out. I cleaned the glass thouroughly, no help, I tried some 0000 steel wool nothing, then I remembered reading on a post somewhere someone mentioned using Adam's swirl and haze remover on fine scratches in glass so I figured what the heck try it before I totally flip. I tried it a bit and could see that some of the finer scratches came out. The deep ones I could feel with my finger nail were still there but seeing some results I gave it hell and they all came out except for the tiniest little scratch. While I was at it I spent a couple of minutes on the scrathes on the dent repair and they came out, figured I'm gonna try the glass again, it took a while but ALL THE SCRATCHES ARE GONE. Now I'm a happy George again. Seeing these results on areas I thought would need professional attention I can imagine what my car will look like after detailing it with the Adam's products. I have been in the auto/motorcycle business my whole life and have used many quality products and I can tell you from the little time spent with these products they are amongst the best. Thank you Adam's.

Did you use the SHR by hand or with the PC? Either way, COOL! Good job!

I would have used a machine but didn't discover it untill I went home so I did it by hand, it took much longer than the dent repairs but it worked

I love Adam's products and their customer service. I only use Adam's stuff on my car. I'm glad to hear their products fixed your problems!
