Possible issue w/ My VMAX TB? Ted or others?
Here is a pic of the Vmax I got, it doesn`t look like all the ones I`ve seen in the pics in that it has a large groove cut in the lower inside bore, see pic, I have not seen this in other Vmax pics and I would think it could possibly cause turbulence. Anyone else seen this on theirs? Would like to get an answer tonight, heading to the dyno tomorrow.

Perfectly normal. Looks just like mine. If you feel that area it's really too thin to have any additional material removed.

Thanks Fella`s! I guess it acts like a ramp or something, you would think it would cause turbulence, but I guess it does just the opposite.

Mike, don't you know that all the really fast cars are using ported LS2 throttle body's! And they work awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
