Exclamation Centipede came inside the apartment.

I was very surprised, not scared, to see a big ol' honking centipede on the inside of the upstair's bedroom window sill. He obviously made his entrance through the gap in the screen and partly open window. It was definitely a centipede, not a lil' ol' millipede. It was 'bout 3/4" wide and 'bout 7" long, black as the ace o' spades and mildly wriggling. I gave him a hard pinch as I lifted him up through a sheet o' paper; that finished him. Down the toilet he went. I didn't tell my wife, nor does she read this forum, I don't wanna' frighten her.

This is Southern California; is this normal?

Don't know about California but they were very common in Michigan, used to kill 2 or 3 every day in the basement living room. Could be worse my mom who just retired has been finding these guys in her house in Tampa.

Your signature, is that AJ on the day it was sleeting? I think I've seen your Synergy Green on Idaho a couple times.
